Important Details Regarding New York Trip Sign-Up

• You MUST consult the Visa Waiver Program to ensure you are eligible for Visa-less entry.
• Make sure you pay the deposit and full price according to their deadlines otherwise you will lose your space and be replaced by someone else. We will NOT tolerate late payments under any circumstance.
• Be aware that by signing up for this trip you are committed to attending and are expected to attend info meetings and make payments on time.
• Acceptance to this trip is on a first come first serve basis. We will take the first 50 people that sign up and also meet all the payment and visa requirements.

Before you sign up make sure you meet the following requirements:

• Valid Passport
• Passport expiry date must be beyond June 2010.
• Citizens or nationals of only the following countries are to consider joining us in the trip except if you already have a U.S. visa:

Important Dates:

14th of October: Sign-Up Begins
21st of October: First Information Session
26th of October: $40 Deposit due
2nd of November: Information session for all those attending, full money payment needed
11th of November: Pre-Trip meeting in the cafeteria.
